266

Adam and Drew open the show discussing vigor and how people who have that quality will inherently be better off in both life and the workforce. They then turn to the phones and speak with fans on a variety of topics including concerns with passing on a disease to a child and the best time to propose. Superfan Sidebar >>

Adam & Drew, did you guys miss the entire Axe phenomenon? It was the 21st century re-boot of Hai Karate, minus the male having any visible signs of employment.

Good grief. Adam now has a whole bunch of new terms to lecture us about. Forget about “grit”, “motor”, and an “engine.” Now Adam is better than everyone else because he has “vitality”, “vigor”, “energy”, and “enthusiasm.”

The strange thing is that Adam dedicates all his “vitality” to reducing Dr. Drew to a guy who just reads ads. And he’s succeeding. The second Dr. Drew tries to say anything, Adam shouts him down and berates and insults him. The only way Dr. Drew can get a word in edgewise is to start the next live read. And that’s all Dr. Drew does now – read ads.

Dr. Drew certainly displays a lot of patience. I wonder how long he can keep this up. Even he has to get fed up with Adam at some point. I’m sure has something better to do than read ads in between Adam’s insults and babbling tirades.

This guy is still miffed over Penn never letting Teller get a word in… move on. Now seriously, where is that video of Adam during the Mazda read?
